What We Do
When a member of the public searches for your facility, they often see state citations with no context. Our platform allows you to:
- Claim your facility in our directory.
- Draft and submit rebuttals to specific citations.
- Publish evidence (fully redacted) to show exactly how you resolved the issue or why the citation was contested.
How the Platform Works
- Directory Search: Anyone can search our directory for facilities.
- Facility Profiles: Each facility profile displays basic licensing info and a feed of approved rebuttals.
- Member Dashboard: Verified operators manage their facilities, track citation deadlines, and submit rebuttals through the member portal.
- Moderation Queue: To ensure privacy and compliance, all rebuttals are reviewed by our moderation team to verify that no Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is included before they go live on your public profile.
